Acrel-2000M motor protection and monitoring system is a new generation motor monitoring system specially developed by our company according to the requirements of automatic and unattended motor monitoring system, summarizing the advanced experience of research and production at home and abroad. The system has the functions of protection, telemetry, remote signaling, remote pulse, remote adjustment, and remote control. It can realize the function of unmanned or few people on duty, and provides a new solution for the safe, economical and reliable operation of the monitoring system.
Acrel motor protection and monitoring system adopts a layered and distributed structure, and the entire monitoring system is physically divided into two layers: the station control layer and the interval layer. The station-level communication network adopts standard Ethernet and TCP/IP communication protocols, and the physical medium can be optical fiber, network cable, shielded twisted pair, etc. The system supports Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, CDT, IEC60870-5-101, IEC60870-5-103, IEC60870-5-104 and other communication protocols.

4.2 Electrical parameter query

4.4 Operation Report
Query the operating parameters of each motor equipment at a specified time. The electrical parameter information displayed in the report should include: current of each phase, voltage of three phases, power factor, total active power, total reactive power, forward active energy, etc.
The system has the function of regular meter reading and summary statistics. Users can freely inquire about the power consumption of each motor in any time period since the normal operation of the system, that is, the statistical analysis report of the power consumption of the motor and the power consumption of each branch circuit.
4.5 Real-time Alarm
Acrel-2000M motor monitoring system has real-time alarm function, the system can send alarms for events such as motor status, motor tripping status, alarm status, closing action and other events such as remote signal displacement.
